　　In 2002, Dimension successfully introduced Austrian SIGMATEK DIAS series and development platform LASAL software technology, completing the distributed bus technologies, industry network layout and long-range monitoring technologies.
　LASAL software, the Sigmatek project development platform, is the watershed of the system development tool in the industry automation. It is the only object-oriented project development tool using Client-Server and graphic processing in the world. “LASAL software is all-powerful control technology”reported AUTlook, European industry magazine.
　The technology developed by Shanghai Dimension has gained the rapid development while Shanghai Dimension is in a constant cooperation with foreign companies. In 2003, several new practical patent technologies successfully went through the examination and verification by Municipal Science Commission. It is perfect combination of production process, production management and enterprise management, greatly facilitating the centralized control, overall management as well as the improvement of product quality and production efficiency. ——The year of 2005 is the year when Dimension has achieved the rapid development. “The VMPTS3.0 Automobile Motor Performance Testing System ”was awarded A level Achievement Certificate by Shanghai New & High Technology Achievement Transformation & Assessment Center and Dimension has been at the forefront of technology. A new R & D and training center of 1,600m2 which lies in the Zhangjiang Hi-teck park, Shanghai “Silicon Valley”, will house the Dimension ‘s headquarters, technologically guaranteeing that Dimension will be well-established in Shanghai, play a radiating role in China and go international.
——Beijing branch office started operation in April, 2005 to consolidate and explore Chinese Northern market.
